职场哲学 – 应付小人10绝招

本来很不想阅读文章的我，那天刚好我在工作岗位上与同事有纠纷，那是因为被陷害了。又刚好那晚我看到光华日报上有刊登这编文章：职场哲学 – 应付小人10绝招，好像很管用，那我就继续阅读整个文章。够绝！

职场哲学 – 应付小人10绝招
1）“探人隐私”：任何人都有隐私。在每个人的内心深处，都有着一块不希望背人侵犯的领地。可是有些人出于无知，或者出于猎奇，或者出于。。。每次和你见面，都要问你“几岁？”“收入多少？”“夫妻感情如何？”等等让人厌恶回答的话题。这种人虽然伶牙俐齿，但却不知谈话的要领忌讳。知道是他人隐私，偏偏去询问者，他们可能就是“是非精”！
绝招：对探人隐私者要答非所问。如果他问你“谁是你晋级的后台”，你就说“全托你的福”；如果他问你“奖金多少”，你就说“不比别人多”；如果他问你“如何追求女友的”，你就说“如果你感兴趣，待我以后详细告诉你”。总之，对于对方的提问，不是不答，但答非所问。这样的话，既不会得罪对方，又不会让对方得逞。

2）“唉声叹气”：人处世上，不如意事十之八九。有些对前途悲观的人、谈话以我为主的人，往往将他们的不幸、苦恼和忧虑当作谈话的主题。他们不断地大吐苦水，接连地唉声叹气，使交谈的人听也不是，不听也不是。如果仔细分析一下唉声叹气者所说的不如意之事，就会知道，这些事其实非常普通，并不那么凄惨，但唉声叹气者却将自己的境遇说得非常严重。
绝招：对唉声叹气者要注入活力。在唉声叹气者的心里，他们并不认为自己的能力差、抱负小，相反地，他们强烈地希望他人肯定其有着了不起的天赋。与他们进行交流，应该恰当的肯定他的特长，赞扬他的功绩，给其注入蓬勃发展的活力。这样的话，他们会对你非常亲近，并且对你感激不尽。

3）“道人是非”：“来说是非者，便是是非人。”不要以为把他人是非告诉你的人便是你的朋友。道人是非者，既然在你面前说他人的坏处，自然也会在他人面前，说你的坏处。他们乐于道人是非，是妒心过盛的原因，他们心里往往巴不得他人越来越倒霉，越来越困窟。聪明人与这类人交谈，是不会推心置腹的。
绝招：远离这种人的办法是对他说的任何是非话题都作出冷谈的反应，从而让他知“错”而退。对这种人，不要得罪。对他说的他人是非，又不能赞同。与其言语交流，哼哼哈哈，不失为一种好办法。因为“哼”、“哈”是一种模糊语言，即会让道人是非者感受到你的成熟，又让他觉得这项话题无法再交流下去，从而中止谈话，或者使谈话朝着健康方向发展。某些情况下，“哼哈”是一种不可蔑视的处世学问。

4）“喋喋不休”：人与人交谈，人们往往讨厌哪种长篇大论跟你说个没完没了的人。他们会在一个上午谈遍古今中外。他们不但天文地理能谈，男女情事也能谈。他们眉飞色舞，表情丰富。他们滔滔不绝，从不觉累。
绝招：遇到喋喋不休者，即不伤及对方感情，又让对方少说的法子是巧妙提问。一是根据他说的话题提问一些难题，比如“导弹的燃料分子式是什么？”“《水浒》这本书里一共提到多少个男的，多少个女的？”等等，让他不知怎么回答。这样一来，他就可以少说几句，你也可以多说几句啦。二是提问一些与当前话题无关的问题，如“打扰以下，现在几点了？”“你的眼镜好看，请问你戴得舒服吗？”等等，这样一来，对方会感到有点惊愕，从而停顿下来，使你腾出时间来做其他的事。

5）“嗦嗦说教”：有些人喜欢对他人“谆谆教诲”。他说的十句话中，你可以找出“你应该”、“你必须”、“你不能”之类的词语七八处。这种人往往自以为是，在他的眼里，众人都是无知的幼儿，唯他是博学的教授。嗦嗦说教者虽然令人生厌，但对你没有坏处，而且有益。一是你可以吸取其中有益的说教；二是认认真真的倾听，会使他觉得异常高兴，这对增进情谊有好处。
绝招：和嗦嗦说教者交流，要重于聆听。只要你没有急需办的事项，不妨静下心来，听一听，记一记。适时地重复一两句他说的话，或者就某个问题询问一两句。相信，这种做法，定会使你受到极大的益处。

6）“自我炫耀”：有些人见到他人，一张嘴便是我人缘好，我能耐大。明明自己是“1”，偏偏说成是“2”。听者为此觉得脸红，他却不知羞。自我炫耀者既是个自卑者，又是个自负者。这种人常常外强中干，其“吹牛”的目的只不过是为了引起大家对他的关注，以满足自己的虚荣心。和他们交流，正确的法子是用幽默风趣的话语作答。他嘴上说成“2”，内心还是以为是“1”的，对他说的大话，你不能加以肯定，肯定了他会以为你是个不可信之人；对他说的大话，你又不能加以驳斥，驳斥了他会以为你是个不可亲之人。
绝招：对自我炫耀者要幽默作答，似是而非，模模糊糊嘻嘻哈哈而过。

7）“灭人志气”：有些人，话语尖锐辛辣。从他嘴里说出的话，好像一盆盆的冷水，不顾你是否接受，硬朝你头上泼去。这种人往往是个频频失败、万念俱灭者，又是个把你瞧得一无是处、绝不如他者，还是个认定自己做不到，他人也做不到的自负者。与他交谈，一味顺承，会使他变本加厉。
绝招：对灭人志气者要抓住机会，攻其痛处-----他的历史上的愚蠢、无能、可笑之处，或者他当前说的话语漏洞、用词不当、逻辑错误，使他心中产生不快，从而使他推己及人，体会出他当前的错误举动，“塞”住他的嘴。

8）“嚣嚣好斗”：谈得兴高采烈时，可能突然对你横挑鼻子竖挑眼，使好好的交谈气氛充满火药味。此等人多认为自己高人一等，他自己以真理的化身自居，无论问题是西瓜之大，还是芝麻之小，他都会以誓死捍卫真理的气概与你针锋相对，气势咄咄逼人。这种人一旦对你怀有成见，就会处处跟你唱对台戏。遇到这种情况，很容易使你陷入顶撞式的辩论漩涡。
绝招：面对嚣嚣好斗者要想冲出漩涡，就必须使出强劲。这个强劲就是要做到使自己的每一句话都成为颠扑不破的真理，并且还是简单的真理，这样对方就无法攻击你了。用不了多长时间，“憋得难受”的对方就会主动“告退”。

9）“满口假话”：有些人说起谎来好像一名出色的演员，在舞台上演戏那样轻松自然，丝毫不会感到内疚。他们撒谎，大多没有很大、很明确的目的。满口假话者之所以满口假话，可能是为了掩饰自己、标榜自己，可能是觉得你的辨别能力很差而胡说乱扯。与这类人交流对你是有害的。假话说出十遍，可能会使你觉得真的有那么一回事。
绝招：与满口假话者交流，应该懂得“攻其一点，崩溃全线”的战略战术，抓住假话中的其中一项，满有把握的提出反对意见。这样一来，他就会觉得羞愧，那种神采飞扬的气焰立刻就落下去。这种攻其一点的做法，既不会伤及其自尊心，又会让其对自己的撒谎毛病有所改正。

10）“俗不可耐”：有些人为了给他人一个好的印象，便让自己的话语里堆满华丽词藻，乱用一些专业术语，显得娇揉造作，华而不实；有些人日常说话粗鲁不雅，废话连连；有些人说话无波澜无起伏，没有什么表情，没有引人入胜的话题，令你厌倦，这些都是俗不可耐的表现。他们多是缺乏知识、社交力差者，在自己的人生经历中经常受到他人的讥笑，心中有了一种自卑感。他们热切的希望提高自己的知识水平、社交能力。
绝招：和俗不可耐者交流，要进行适当指教。说出一两句正确的做法、注意的事项，满足他们的需求，但又不能过多指教，免得伤了他们的自尊心，触及他们的自卑痛楚。

"5S" Training

Last Saturday 21/02/2009 I attent a training course. The title is "5S".

What is "5S"?

"5S" is : -
1) Seiri
2) Seiton
3) Seiso
4) Seiketsu
5) Shitsuke

After the lesson, just I know that not only production department can do the "5S", our time also need to do "5S". Thats very good~

Training at Shah Alam

Yesterday I went to Shah Alam G-Force office to attend a training.

I woke up 4:30am. We departed at 6:15am and reached Shah Alam 9:30am. Normally from Penang to Shah Alam need to take 4 ~ 5 hours just can be completed the journey. But yesterday we only took 3 and a quarter hours to reach there.

We started training at 9:30am until 12:30pm, we took a rest for lunch. Our lunch was Chicken Rice, quite delicious also. After lunch, we continiued our training until 4:30pm and we had a short discussion until 5:00pm.

After 5:00pm, we started our journey to go back our hometown and we reached home at 9:05pm. On the way, we had our dinner at Ipoh there, behind of TESCO.

Really a very tired day. But I reached home, my tired mood was disappear when I saw my two Cuties wellcome me back.

Genting Highland Trip

07/02/09 morning, we went to Genting Highland.

We set at 9:00am would depart from home. How to know? Car of my sister was suddenly got problem. The car was having water leaking and smoky out from exhaust. Her husband drove to workshop for repairing it for temporary use.

Repair until 11:00am, at the end we departed from home at 11:20am. On the way to Genting Highland, we saw the car had rich of the smoky out with white and black color from exhaust there. We suspected the engine of the car was problem.

Both of our cars drove to Exit Taiping there and we found a workshop to check it. After checking, foreman said that the level of engine oil was low, needed immediately top up engine oil to safety level. The time was 1:00pm. After topping up engine oil, we continued our journey.

But seem like we did not have good luck. The black and white smoke still continued splash out from exhaust. This time was more serious than morning time. We parked at "Perhentian Sungai Perak" there and checked again. We found the engine oil was totally consumption finished. We immediately top up engine oil into engine oil pan and spare four bottles of 1 little pack engine oil into car. After that, we continued our journey with slow driving speed. It was reduced smoky from exhaust.

We sucessful drove to Genting Kabel Car there and they parked at there. They were taking teksi to top hill there.

Overall, we reached at top hill (Genting Highland) was already 7:00pm. I checked in at Theme Park Hotel. Everybody was very tired. After taking bath, we had our dinner at First World Shopping Center there.

Due to all of us were very tired, after our dinner, we went back to our hotel having our sweet dream. I feeded my two Cuties and let them sleep. After they were sleeping, my husband, my second sister in law, my father in law, my mother and I went to Genting Highland Casino. We bet, only won a little bit and took long time to bet it. We went back to hotel on 08/02/09 at 4:00am.

I woke up 8:00am because of my two Cuties woke up early and wanted me to feed milk for them. It was a very tired job. My mother in law and my second sister in law went to Happy Valley Restaurant having their breakfast with buffet.

Around 11:00am, all of us went to First World shopping and having our lunch at there. We did not went to Out Door Of Theme Park playing. We only enjoyed in First World Theme Park. Only First World Theme Park, we also could not fully enjoy their playing stuff.

At 2:45pm, I am first time meet the MyFM DJ Lam Tuck Weng at First World there. Hey~ He is a very nice looking, cannot consider as very handsome guy, but his face got some kind of managtic to attrat people. Hopefully next time can meet the MyFM DJ Vivian Tok and Yan Ngan Mei Yan.

We played until 3:30pm, due to my two Cuties felt very tired and we went back to hotel took a rest and took a nap. Evening around 7:30pm, due to I have coupun of 20% off dine in Happy Valley Restaurant, so we decided going to Happy Valley Restaurant for having our dinner. Theres, the foods are very delicious. Nice to try.

After having our dinner, we went again to the First World continue playing in Theme Park. It was really a very tired day. We went back to hotel at around 12:30am, it was 09/02/2009. As same as yesterday, I feeded my two Cuties and let them sleep. After they were sleeping, my husband, my second sister in law, my mother in law and I went to Genting Highland Casino. We bet, in early we lost, but we bet until 4:00am starting won a little bit. We stopped bet after we won a little bit commission. We went back to hotel at 5:00am.

Next morning I woke up at 8:00am again, I did my tired job again. After that, I keep all my things and prepared to go back home. Lunch time, we had it at Happy Valley Restaurant again because I still had a 20% off voucher. After having our lunch, we started our journey to go back home.

Reach home also was 10:30pm. Really tired and the next day I should resume to my work.

Will be going to Genting Highland

Tomorrow I will go to Genting Highland to release my tension. Now I am very excited and moody for working.

Today I should prepare many things to bring it to Genting.

SIXTY (Plus) USES OF SALT

I received this info from email, but I do not know who is the original author. Sharing with everybody the very useful knowledge.

SIXTY (PLUS) USES OF SALT
Although you may not realize it, simple table salt has a great number of uses other than simply seasoning your food.
The following list will give you sixty uses of salt, many of which you probably did not realize: -

1. If you drop a whole egg on the floor, pour salt all over the egg, let it sit for a while, then use dustpan, the egg will come right up, without all that mess. Contributed by Ms. Jerry McGinnis
2. Soak stained hankies in salt water before washing.
3. Sprinkle salt on your shelves to keep ants away.
4. Soak fish in salt water before descaling; the scales will come off easier.
5. Put a few grains of rice in your saltshaker for easier pouring.
6. Add salt to green salads to prevent wilting.
7. Test the freshness of eggs in a cup of salt water; fresh eggs sink; bad ones float.
8. Add a little salt to your boiling water when cooking eggs; a cracked egg will stay in its shell this way.
9. A tiny pinch of salt with egg whites makes them beat up fluffier.
10. Soak wrinkled apples in a mildly salted water solution to perk them up.
11. Rub salt on your pancake griddle and your flapjacks will not stick.
12. Soak toothbrushes in salt water before you first use them; they will last longer.
13. Use salt to clean your discolored coffee pot.
14. Mix salt with turpentine to whiten you bathtub and toilet bowl.
15. Soak your nuts in salt brine overnight and they will crack out of their shells whole. Just tap the end of the shell with a hammer to break it open easily.

33. Soak your clothesline in salt water to prevent your clothes from freezing to the line; likewise, use slat in your final rinse to prevent the clothes from freezing.
34. Rub any wicker furniture you may have with salt water to prevent yellowing.
35. Freshen sponges by soaking them in salt water.
36. Add raw potatoes to stews and soups that are too salty.
37. Soak enamel pans in salt water overnight and boil salt water in them next day to remove burned-on stains.

39. Gelatin sets more quickly when a dash of salt is added.
40. Fruits put in mildly salted water after peeling will not discolor.
41. Fabric colors hold fast in salty water wash.
42. Milk stays fresh longer when a little salt is added.

45. Soaked discolored glass in a salt and vinegar solution to remove stains.
46. Clean greasy pans with a paper towel and salt.
47. Salty water boils faster when cooking eggs.
48. Add a pinch of salt to whipping cream to make it whip more quickly.
49. Sprinkle salt in milk-scorched pans to remove odor.
50. A dash of salt improves the taste of coffee.
51. Boil mismatched hose in salty water and they will come out matched.
52. Salt and soda will sweeten the odor of your refrigerator.
53. Cover wine-stained fabric with salt; rinse in cool water later.

Mini Swimming Pool

Yesterday, I accompany SuanSuan swimming at our car porch with a mini swimming pool. I wished to give QiQi swimming together, but when I carried QiQi and put her into the mini swimming pool, she cried and show her hand that "no! no! no! I do not want!". At the end, I just put QiQi into the bucket and put some warm water, carried her to outside with SuanSuan.

又是吃火锅的一天。。。

上个星期六，我邀请了三个同事到我家来吃东炎火锅。又是吃得太饱了，连体重都增加了三公斤。

饭后，我们还坐下来聊天顺便玩牌。结果呢！我输了五十零吉，很伤心。。。

I really dreaming if I invest real money in FXTrade, how much I were earning within five weeks?? Haha... dreaming!!

Now I only in the FXGame mode, only I can see the figure but I cannot get the real money. :-(

I should practice more and read more e-book to strengthen my knowledge.

I play this FXGame, not every time I earned; but sometime I lost too.

华人农历新年~牛年哞哞

大年除夕早
除夕那天，大清早我就起身做好最后的准备来迎接除夕晚的庆祝。

再一次的扫地抹地板的功夫是少不了的，然后像平时那样照顾好两个小宝贝。老公就打扫屋外和洗车，然后挂上红彩，检查看灯笼的灯泡等等工作。我回想。。。虽然很累，但是准备过新年的过程是那么的开心。

不过，除夕的心情比平时的心情兴奋来得多，毕竟隔一天就是大年初一了。除旧换新嘛！但是，2008年尾经济开始不怎么景气，当然也影响到2009年。

新年的新衣裳
我今年买了四件上衣、一件长的牛仔裤、一件牛仔裙、一件布裙、一件上班裤、一件连衣裙和两件项链，就这样刚刚好，不多也不少，那也要花上四百八十零吉了。至于鞋子就没买啦！

我的老公呢！他只不过买了两件衣服和一双鞋子，其他的都没买。那也要花上两百零吉了。

不够钱啦，不买那么多好了。因为今年公司也没给花红，就是因为我们的经济不景气惹的祸。

至于我的两个宝贝，幸好，从来不必劳烦我担心她们穿的戴的等等。我妈买给她们每个人各两套衣服和鞋子，我哥呢！买给瑄瑄三套衣服，我的家婆买给绮绮一套衣服。那就够啦！小孩很快就长大的，不必买太多衣服的。其实，我的家人也时常买衣服给她们的，我根本就不必要再买了。

大年除夕晚
除夕那天的下午五点开始，我、我的二姑和我的家婆开始在厨房里准备团圆饭。我们的团圆饭主题是火锅。

今年最多的还是鱼丸类，可能鱼丸是圆的，代表着团圆吧！还有许多种类的青菜，我看大概也有五六种吧！鱼鳔、海参、鱿鱼、鱼类、大虾、菇类、罐头食品等等，真的太多食物了。

我们一家十五个成员，大家轮流吃。就因为饭厅空间小、饭桌小，就轮三批吃。

饭后，我们几个年轻的就坐下来搓汤圆，准备煮汤水，给晚上拜拜用的。晚上拜拜是迎接大年初一新的一年又来临，我们还放鞭炮，斩除妖魔鬼怪。虽然政府不允许人民放鞭炮，但是还是有很多人放呢！不只是华人而已，马来人、印度人也同时在放！

我那大的瑄瑄，一听到鞭炮声响起，就怕到躲了起来，而且还大哭一场呢！真是胆小的宝贝。而绮绮呢，什么都不怕。

大概大家玩的也玩到累了、忙的也忙到累了，我们都各自回家睡觉。我和老公回到家没睡，还在看电视。那时是凌晨一点三十分，刚好电视频道有播着中国杂技表演的戏，其实是迎接新年的节目。我们就坐下来休息顺便欣赏电视节目表演。我看着看着。。。不知不觉也睡着了。

除夕那一天就这样过了。

大年初一
大年初一日，我什么地方都没去，只是呆在家里照顾两个宝贝。我的老公、二姑和家婆就去庙里拜拜，祈求平平安安、身体健康。他们总共去了十间庙里拜拜。一大清早已出门，直到下午四点三十分才回到家里。也真的累透他们了。

下午五点半时，往常一样，过去准备火锅的材料。年初一晚也是吃火锅，只是不同汤味而已，也没那么多人回来吃了。

下午五点的时候，天空忽然间暗了下来，我还以为是要下雨了，但是没有。听说是日食，我也不懂，都是听来的。

又是吃得太饱的一天。幸好有EasyGo帮我消化，不然我就肚涨得没法子睡觉了。

大年初二
大年初二是回娘家的节日。我们本说好早上九点半就要出门的，那知，这边摸的那边摸的，也摸到十点半才出门。

回到娘家，还有几个亲戚来我妈的家。我们就谈天，一边谈天一边在等我的哥哥。

大概中午一点，我们就去我的大伯家拜年，之后还去了Auntie的家和我的保姆家（之前有提过的Guan Erm）。

那天平安夜去了，但是她睡了。只好新年的时候拜访她。她真的老了，手上多了一个助行工具--拐杖、说话也咬字不清，听说是去年中风时得来的影响，我也四年没见到她了。光阴似箭，姐姐们的脸蛋儿也多了几条皱纹，思姐升级当了奶奶，我的保姆升级当上了曾婆婆，四代同堂；娇姐的孩子们都将二十岁了，那娥姐也有三个孩子了。。。其他的哥哥们，更甭说了。

一会儿，我们又回去Auntie的家。年初二晚，Auntie邀请我们在她的家吃晚餐，又是火锅。不同人煮的火锅有不同的味道，在不同人的家吃火锅也有不同的气氛，但是只有一个共同点--就是“很好吃”。

我们也玩得很累，大概晚上九点多才回家。

大年初三
年初三早上，本想去银行开个户口给绮绮。哪知去到银行，按了号码然后看一看，哇！需要等上至少三个小时多，没办法我们只好打退堂鼓了。

吃了午饭，其实午饭也是火锅，我们一家又到外头向亲戚拜年去了。第一站我们去了老公二舅家，那儿小孩很多，我的两个宝贝很兴奋。第二站我们去了老公大姨家，那儿就很闷热，也刚好是下午太阳炎热的时候。第三站我们去了老公三叔家，因为是乡下，所以我不用担心瑄瑄到处乱跑了。她在那儿玩得很开心，因为不必顾虑车辆的来往。之后本想还去老公大伯家和四叔家的，因为太累了，也迟了，所以回家。

大年初四
初四，我开工啦！因为没有年假了，所以乖乖的上班去了。


过了一连串五天的假期，真不想去上班。感觉上还是很飘飘然的，还没回到工作的心情。
已是新的一年了，希望公司里不再有人刻意制造不必要的是非、希望不会再被同事陷害（也许去年我没去打小人吧？！哈哈！）、希望公司顺顺利利赚大钱，这样年中花红就有望了。。。
就这样的愿望罢了！希望能实现吧！
