Cheers Out Our "Winter Solstice ~ Happy Dong Zhi Festival"

21/12/2008 is our Chinese "Dong Zhi". Every family will held to dough the sweet dumpling (Tang Yuan) before one day which means on 20/12/2008. We were not exceptional.

This year, we have many people to dough it compared to the past few years. Of course, my SuanSuan also participated. In early, my mother-in-law, Boey and I were dough the sweet dumpling, SuanSuan and Kai Sian were only watching and sitting beside us. But they were not only watching, they learn. Afer 15 minutes, they wanted to try to dough. My mother-in-law gave them a little bit to try to daugh. They dough and dough, when the result come out, we checked it. Look so nice! Really, they are very clever. We were very enjoy the process of dough sweet dumpling.

This year, we also dough 1kg of Glutinous Rice Flour.

Sweet Dumpling is my favourite Syrup.
